A POEM I'll READ
YOU CAN LOOK HAPPY
BUT INSIDE MAD
YOU CAN LOOK ANGRY
BUT REALLY GLAD
YOU MAY CRY, TEARS OF JOY
YOU CAN CRY, TEARS OF FIRE
EVEN IF YOU ARE A BOY,
I KNOW SOMETHING IS YOUR DESIRE
LEAVE BEHIND THINGS THAT ARE OLD
LOOK FORWARD TO THINGS THAT ARE NEW
WE'RE WORTH MORE THAN PRECIOUS GOLD
WE STICK TOGETHER BETTER THAN GLUE
THAT'S ALL I HAVE TO SAY,
THIS IS THE END,
WE'LL BE FAMOUS ONE DAY

The Girls Poem
Setting here on this swing
The comfort it can bring
I take everything in
I ask God to forgive me for my sins
Sometimes I laugh
Sometimes I cry
And in those moments is when
I turn to the sky
The questions I have weigh heavy on me
Its just never the way I need it to be
Lord please help me heal
Help me make a new start
Before I fall completely apart

TRUST HIM
The eye over floods with water,
as the young girl cries.
She just wants to cry,
but doesn't't really know why.
She doesn't't know why,
she is experiencing things.
No pieces will connect,
and as a bell in her head rings,
She knows God is with her,
but is losing hope.
Evil is overcoming her,
the only thing she does is mope.
With every word the enemy says,she starts to cry.
She can't defend herself,
Still wants to know why.
So she needs to be rescued,
and on God she calls.
She's getting impatient,
so far no answer at all.
She's starting to wonder,
is the enemy right?
Or is he just deceiving me,
but then the answer was in sight.
I'll just read my bible,
go to church and pray.
Then the evil spirit asked her,
Will that work? and went away.
She got second thoughts,
maybe I should run away.
But her conscience told her, "NO,
JUST WAIT AND STAY."
Back and forth,
the enemy played with her mind.
Tossing it around,
giving her a crooked line.
She didn't't know what to do,
so again on God she called.
So she waited and waited,
and in her head was a working light bulb.
She said,"That's what I did wrong,
I haven't read my bible, prayed or listened to the preacher.
So she decided to start immediately,
in this situation God was her teacher.
Then 3 months later,
the Lord came pleased and ready to respond.
She was also ready and had faith,
she knew this day would come.
So God worked her situation out,
and she was full of joy.
She started acting like a disciple,
and not like a broken toy.
I didn't't write this to tell you nothing,
I wrote it for someone and something.
Just trust in God and have faith,
and he will do everything.
